Shipping policy

Under The Radar Sports:

Where we ship: We ship within the Philippines only via J&T Express. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Shipping fees:

Order total Shipping fee Below ₱1,700 is ₱150 flat, anywhere in the Philippines, ₱1,700 and up is FREE.

The order total is counted after any discount codes are applied.

Payment and processing: We accept payment by GCash transfer. Orders are processed once your payment is confirmed.

Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours. Paid orders ship within 1-2 business days. We ship Monday to Saturday (excluding Philippine public holidays). Orders paid on a Sunday or holiday are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times: We ship from Taguig City, Metro Manila. Once your order is handed to J&T, typical delivery times are:

Metro Manila 1-3 business days 

Luzon (provincial) 2-5 business days

Visayas 3-7 business days

Mindanao 4-8 business days

These are estimates only, not guarantees. Remote areas, weather, typhoons, holidays and courier volume can cause delays beyond our control.

Tracking: When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your J&T Express tracking number.

You can track it at www.jtexpress.ph.

Address and delivery issues: Please double-check your delivery address and mobile number at checkout. We aren't responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the buyer pays the ₱150 fee to re-ship it.

Damaged in transit: message us at utr.sports.ph@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and item, and we'll replace or refund it. 

Not received: if your parcel hasn't arrived within 3 days after the estimated delivery window, message us and we'll trace it with J&T. If it's confirmed lost, we'll resend your order or refund you in full.
