Orders & Payment
How do I pay?
We accept GCash transfer. After checkout, send your payment to GCash 0956 245 5203 (Robert Castro). Then DM a screenshot of your receipt with your order number to us on Instagram @undertheradarsports_. We ship once your payment is confirmed.
What happens if I don't pay right away?
Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. DM us on IG @undertheradarsports_ or email utr.sports.ph@gmail.com with your order number.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
₱150 flat via J&T Express anywhere in the Philippines. FREE on orders ₱1,700 and up, so two jerseys qualify.
How long will it take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment (Monday to Saturday). Estimated delivery after shipping: Metro Manila 1–3 business days, Luzon 2–5, Visayas 3–7, Mindanao 4–8. These are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with your J&T tracking number when it ships. Track it at www.jtexpress.ph.
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
Not at the moment. We ship within the Philippines only.
Sizing & Fit
How do your jerseys fit?
Our jerseys are compression fit, snug and supportive. Check the size chart, then size down for a tighter fit or size up for a slightly looser fit.
Where's the size chart?
On our Size Chart page and in each product's photos. Measurements are in inches, with the garment laid flat.
I'm not sure what size to get.
DM us your height, weight and preferred fit on Instagram @undertheradarsports_ and we'll recommend a size.
Fabric & Care
What are your jerseys made of?
Our compression jerseys are made from a stretchy, breathable nylon-spandex blend.
How do I wash them?
- Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Hand wash or a gentle cycle is best.
- No bleach or fabric softener, since they break down the stretch and sweat-wicking.
- Hang or lay flat to dry, out of direct sun. No tumble dryer.
- Don't iron, especially over the logo.
- Wash soon after a workout so sweat doesn't sit in the fabric.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unworn and unwashed in its original sealed packaging (one exchange per order). The customer pays shipping both ways. If your new size is out of stock, you can choose store credit or a different item. See our Exchange Policy.
What can't be exchanged?
Socks, sale items (including Mid Year Sale) and limited drops like the Grinch Pack and Valentines Jersey are final sale for size exchanges and change of mind. Your rights for defective items or items we sent in error still apply.
Do you give refunds?
Yes, full refunds for defective items and for items we sent in error. We don't refund for change of mind or ordering the wrong size; use a size exchange instead.
What if my item is defective or you sent the wrong item or size?
Email utr.sports.ph@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 15 days of delivery for defects and for a wrong item or size. Hidden manufacturing defects that only show up later are still covered as required by law. We cover all shipping, and you choose a replacement or a full refund.

Do you make teamwear?
Yes. We make team jerseys for schools, leagues, clubs and companies, with tiered pricing for larger quantities. Email utr.sports.ph@gmail.com with your team name, quantity, sizes and deadline.
